_ [bio][IT] ヒマなので。。。
至極あいまいな目的で出向に出されてしまい、ヒマをもてあましているので（オイオイ）、この機会に統計処理パッケージ「R」とか、「Bioconductor」とかの使い方を覚えてしまおうかと。（こんなにまとまって時間が取れる事は、今後、無いだろうからね）
まず、手元Windowsのマシンに「R」をインストール。
筑波大のミラーサイトから、Windows (95 and later) →base→R-2.2.0-win32.exeを落としてきて実行。途中、色々聞かれるがテキトーに。
インストールが終わって、デスクトップのアイコンをクリックすると、ありゃりゃ、いきなり文字化け！これは、「編集」→「GUI プリファレンス」で、Fontの設定を「MS Gothic」とかに設定すると、正しく表示されるようになった。
あらかじめCygwinもインストールしていたので、こっちのコマンドラインから起動できるようにPathを通して見たのだけど、なぜか固まってしまうので断念。
次に「Bioconductor」のインストール。
「R」のコンソールから、下記のように打ち込めばOK。
> source("http://www.bioconductor.org/getBioC.R")
> getBioC()
無事にインストールされれば、以下のコマンドでインストールされたライブラリの一覧に"affy"等が追加されているはず。
> library()
